LAST CHANCE for the Stand Alone UST (Uniform State Test) the final date to take the test is 3/31/14
ONE HOUR COURSE: 1 hour of instruction by David Luna on what the test is, how to study and pass it the first time. David also will cover why current CA licensed LO's should take this test.

It will include an online study prep course that has 200 practice questions, lesson plan (PDF that can be saved) and helpful hints on how to pass.

Candidates who pass the Stand-alone UST will satisfy the test requirements of any state agency which has adopted or will adopt the UST – 39 state agencies by January 1, 2014.

Anyone who has passed the retired National Test Component is eligible to take the Stand-alone UST.
Once loan officers pass the Stand-alone UST, they will not have to take the test again. The Stand-alone UST includes 25 questions covering high-level state content based on the SAFE Act and the CSBS/AARMR Model State Law.
