Cheryl Mehe'ula has been employed with E.F. Foley & Company, Inc., mortgage brokerage firm as a loan officer since 2000.  Started in the real estate loan industry in 1977.  Cheryl’s experience has included an emphasis on niche lending.  She has been a member and director of the Silicon Valley California Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP) since it’s start over 20 years ago. (formerly known as CAMB – California Association of Mortgage Brokers).  Cheryl also serves on the Board of the City of San Jose Foreclosure Prevention Task Force.  She is an active member of various other industry groups including the California Association of Realtors.

Cari Anderson from B of I Federal Bank - have been in the mortgage industry for the past 19 years, mostly working as an underwriter. I have been an AE with BofI since 2010 and thoroughly enjoy providing out-of-the-box solutions for my clients. I have won top producer awards since 2011 and attribute this to my fantastic territory and clients.

Jane Yanecko - I have been in the industry for 20 years working for  Headland, Greenpoint, Citi Home Equity and Chase. I took a few years off to have a surprise baby.  Nick is now 4 years old and I am back to sell Niche programs. It is nice to have  alternative programs to offer brokers.


Sonia Lucia  I have been calling on brokers and  doing Wholesale for over 20 plus years. I always enjoy working with my brokers to put their loans together and put borrowers into homes.
