This months panelists are;

Jill Mannion - Caliber Loans, I’ve been in the lending industry for 20+ years and I’ve been a Wholesale AE in Northern Cal/Bay Area for 15 years. While in Northern California, I’ve worked for CitiMortgage, Metlife Home Loans, SunTrust Mortgage and now Caliber Home Loans. I’m coming up on my 1 year anniversary with Caliber and I’m forward to many more years with Caliber.
Jill will discuss;
A) Caliber Home Loans, Inc. is a full-service national mortgage lender and agency direct seller/servicer owned by Lone Star Funds. Lone Star Funds manages $45.5 billion in capital commitments. Caliber Home Loans originates loans through multiple channels (Wholesale, Mini-Correspondent and Correspondent) and offers a variety of loan programs including conventional (FNMA & Freddie Mac), Jumbo, Government & Non-QM programs.
B) Jumbo Loans & Non-QM products have standardized guidelines that are not sold to specific investors. The result is quicker turn times since we don’t need investor approval. This enables Caliber to close a Jumbo purchase within 21 days.

Tom Wei - JMAC Lending, Tom has been among the top 2 Account Executive's from JMAC Lending for the last 6 years. He is fluenct in Mandarin & Spanish and has been in the lending business since 2000.
Tom will discuss;
Malibu Jumbo & Sonoma jumbo Investment. He will also pass out jumbo comparison charts & flyers for these two programs.
