Leo brings 22 years of mortgage experience to the market. He currently is the Northern California sales manager for Plaza Home Mortgage, managing a team of 17 Account Executives from Monterey to Redding. He started out as a retail loan officer and in 1997 transitioned into wholesale as an Account Executive. His retail background has enabled him to have a better understanding of an originators perspective. This insight and experience has enabled him to assist his broker partners in closing over $4 Billion in production in his wholesale career.

Leo is consistently on top of the changes in the mortgage industry. In 2005 he joined the California Association of Mortgage Professionals. To further his involvement in 2007 he was voted in as a board member for the Greater Sacramento Chapter and is currently serving as chapter president.

Leo stays active in the mortgage community by speaking and educating brokers at the different association meetings through northern California. He is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist through CMPS and is also a graduate of Strategic Equity University.
