                      Sharyl Silva is a Housing Finance Specialist in the Lender Services & Outreach unit for the California Housing Finance Agency’s Single Family Lending Division.  She currently works with lenders, realtors, non-profit organizations, localities, private and public entities to network educate and promote affordable housing throughout the State of California.
Sharyl has worked in the residential real estate lending industry for 13 years.  She has worked for various mortgage lenders and has held positions in loan production, HMDA reporting, and community outreach.

   
David Seaton is the Vice President Wholesale / Correspondent Lending for Provident Bank Mortgage with 25 years industry experience.  Prior to his 7 years with Provident, he had lengthy tenures as Regional Manager for Citi Wholesale, Divisional Manager for Chase Retail, and VP of Operations for First Union.

 
Adria Quinones-Masur is the homebuyer program mangager for the Housing Trust of Silicon Valley.  Adria Is responsible for assisting the Chief Lending Officer in the underwriting and marketing of homebuyer loan programs.

Adria assists with underwriting PAL NSP2 loans and marketing the homebuyer programs to loan officers, real estate brokers, and potential homebuyers. Prior to this, Adria served as Community Outreach Specialist and was responsible for bringing public awareness to the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and homebuyer assistance programs. Adria partnered with nonprofits, businesses, real estate industry professionals and faith based organizations to get the message out about affordable housing programs in Silicon Valley. Adria has over twenty years experience in the real estate industry.

Our monthly breakfast meetings are a great way to network with your peers, learn new things, find ways to succeed in an informal setting. Whether you are a Broker, Owner, Loan Officer, Retail Bank Loan Agent, you'll benefit from attending these meetings.
