Krista Donecker
A representative for Angel Oak Wholesale, is leading the Non QM and alternative lending. She is backed by 24 years of successful retail and wholesale mortgage lending. In her years as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Krista was awarded the prestigious Master’s Club Award partly due to being able to secure financing in difficult transactions in an untapped market. Her portfolio programs outside of traditional agency lending will bring a wealth of information to help you book more business

Cheryl Mehe’ula
Cheryl is a self-described “deal maker” with a deep knowledge and understanding of mortgage products. Cheryl’s clients have been singing her praises for decades because of her ability to close loans smoothly. Cheryl got her start with a San Diego finance company in 1977. Eventually, she became Vice President of a Thrift & Loan office. Cheryl has been with Foley Mortgage Group since 2000.

Cheryl is a well-respected and active member of the mortgage and real estate community, having served on the Board of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals, Silicon Valley Chapter (CAMP, formerly CAMB) for more than 20 years. In 1999, Cheryl was a founding member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of CAMB and twice was Associate of the Year (2008-2009 & 2012-2013). Cheryl is also an active member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Asian Real Estate Association of America and sits on the board of NetWork Today.

Rick Reith
Mr. Reith brings over 20 years of mortgage industry experience to Dryden Capital’s customers and investors. His mortgage career started with processing loans and underwriting to Fannie/Freddie guidelines, and led to having his own mortgage company, TSI Financial Group in Tiburon, CA and then ultimately to his career as Director of Production for Dryden Capital. Mr. Reith was born and raised in Chico, CA, then moved to the Bay Area in 1985. He attended College of Marin and Golden Gate University, studying Accounting and Taxation.

Mr. Reith currently serves as the President of California Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP) for Marin, Sonoma and Napa Counties.
