Jason Brock is the VP/SBA Business Development Officer for Heritage bank and will be sharing his knowledge and expertise about SBA Loans.

Focus points:-

  • Providing SBA Loans to Small Business Owners in need of monies for commercial real estate purchases/refinances
  • Tenant improvements,
  • Business acquisitions,
  • Partner buyouts,
  • Working capital,
  • Start-up financing, and/or equipment purchase

Jason is a San Jose native who received his BS in Finance at San Jose State University. After university he worked for Wells Fargo later moving to Bridge Bank in their SBA Division.
 
In the last six years Jason has been intimately involved with the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of over $100MM in SBA loans.
